The objective of this project was to create a compelling commercial video to celebrate Maybank’s 62nd anniversary.
The campaign aimed to capture the audience’s attention by featuring a 3D animated tiger, Maybank’s iconic symbol, journeying through various cities across Southeast Asia. By integrating this 3D tiger into different locations, we sought to deliver a striking and memorable visual experience that would resonate with viewers across the region.
The video was designed to reflect Maybank’s commitment to shared progress and prosperity, reinforcing their pledge to humanize financial services and support the community.
One of the main challenges we faced was achieving a seamless and realistic integration of the 3D tiger with the various cities featured in the video. This required extensive research and experimentation with advanced CGI techniques to ensure that transitions were smooth and believable.
Additionally, due to time constraints, we were unable to film in multiple cities across different countries, which posed a logistical challenge in accurately representing these diverse locations.

By combining advanced 3D animation with strategic visual storytelling, we were able to create a video that not only honored Maybank’s legacy but also inspired viewers with its message of shared progress and prosperity. This project underscores the power of 3D animation in corporate storytelling and its ability to create impactful, region-wide campaigns.
